Validity of Form 10F India

Form 10F is generally issued for a single financial year. For example: it is issued for April 1, 20XX to March 31, 20XX. Transactions covered during this time period will require a single filing of Form 10F and can be provided to all Indian customers.

Are there any additional documents required with Form 10F India?

Following documents are required to be provided to the Indian customer alongwith  Form 10F. These are:

  1. No Permanent Establishment (PE) Certificate/ Declaration
  2. Tax Residence Certificate (TRC)
  3. Permanent Account Number (PAN) in certain cases
