Pricing Errors

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.

Items in your Shopping Cart reflect the current price displayed on the item’s product details page. Please note: This price may differ from the price displayed when the item was first placed in your Shopping Cart.

Our merchandise/service is offered for sale by Sorting Tax Advisory Services Private Limited for your personal consumption and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.

Refund and Return Policy

Refund: We take a lot of effort in making sure that our customers receive products in good condition. In case they have received a mal-functioning product, they can ask for a replacement by returning the original product. If paid by credit card or debit cards, refunds will be issued to the original card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Razorpay , payments refund will be made to the same account.

Return of all items:

• Login to SortingTax.com/bookstore
• Go to Profile > Click on Orders
• Click on Cancel Order
• Check your email for confirmation of successful cancellation

Return of selected items:

You can return an item, if you have ordered multiple items. You can easily initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before Shipment

In the case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

Cancellation after Shipment

In a case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
