Question – What are the corporate tax rates in Dubai?
Answer – The proposed Corporate Tax will apply on all the businesses and commercial activities (whether carried on by companies or individuals) at the rate of 0% for taxable income up to AED 375,000 and 9% for taxable income above AED 375,000. However, a different tax rate for large multinationals that meet specific criteria set with reference to ‘Pillar Two’ of the OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting project.
